Lifting The Lid - Episode 53 - The one where we end up with a different question

Lifting the Lid on Coaching Supervision - A podcast by Clare Norman & Steve Ridgley - Tuesdays

Categories:

Is supervision too expensive?Steve and Clare are obviously biased about the answer to this question. But they chew over the value you get from the investment, and how essential it is to all coaches. People who are already in supervision would not be without it, but it can feel expensive when you embark upon a coaching journey. Trust in the process is key, but how do you know how valuable that process is if you have never experienced it? Supervision is required for most coaching bodies’ credentialing, but this is not a good reason to come. The reason to come is to become a better coach, to build your capability and practice, to learn and grow, to be in a shared space with others. We end up with a different question: how do I get the most value from supervision in the way that I show up and contribute?
