Ep. 21. The impact after Sarah and Sabina - Navigating vulnerability whilst searching for empowerment.

This may be one of my favourite episodes to date on the podcast, purely because I got to use my voice to speak on a subject many women are experiencing and trying to navigate. My intention with this podcast was to share my truth on important subject's close to my heart, and I feel this episode has allowed me to live into this. This episode was sparked by an Instagram story I posted, talking about walking alone and the conflict I experience inside. The conflict between feeling vulnerable yet knowing I should be able to walk alone as a woman and not feel afraid. TW - This is an honest episode that touches on the latest murders of two women in London. I don't go into details but there is mention of words such as sexual assault/murder/kidnap. Somatic, trauma informed Psychotherapist (Msc) Instagram @selflove.lydiaYoutube - selflovelydia TikTok @selflove.lydiaPinterest @[email protected]
