Determine to love no matter what happens.

Live to Love Scripture Encouragement - A podcast by Norm Wakefield

Romans 5:9 Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from the wrath of God through Him. What confidence we have in our salvation! If God has declared us righteous because of the blood of His Son, even more so will God save us from His wrath through Jesus. Justification is a declaration about us. It doesn’t actually change us materially. However, Paul wanted his readers to reason with him that if God has at one point in time in the past declared us to be not only be not guilty, but righteous in His sight, then we can be sure God would save us from His wrath through Christ. Because God has done this great work of justification in the past, we can have confidence in His saving work in the future. Because of this great truth, we who live to love with Jesus can determine before our day begins that we are going to love the helpless, the ungodly, and sinners. We stand ready to forgive, love, and serve them for His name’s sake. They should have no fear of rejection because they know we have chosen to love them no matter what.
