Limerick organisations Sailing into Wellness

Sailing into Wellness is working with Mid-West community groups to help people with mental health, addiction and other challenges. This week a number of Limerick organisations will be sailing into wellness and Anne Marie has been chatting to Ger who served time in prison and now benefits from the Bedford Row Project in Limerick.  We also hear from Colin Healy who is the Co-Founder of Sailing into Wellness.
