Will all cars and vans in Ireland be fully electric by 2023?

Irish MEP’s have agreed to end the sale of new petrol and diesel cars and vans by 2035.  It’s being described as a landmark move by the EU but MEPs also say it must come with an unprecedented level of investment in public transport.  Gillian is joined by two of Ireland South MEP’s for this region, Fine Gael’s Sean Kelly and Grace O’Sullivan from the Green Party.
