Will interest rates come down?

Could our mortgage interest rates be coming down next year?  The ECB stopped all their hikes last month and some experts claim the next move will be a reduction.  But the ECB policymakers are saying interest rate hikes should not be taken off the table, and the European Central Bank needs to see further progress in dampening inflationary pressures before lowering interest rates. Joe is joined by Joanne Madden from First Choice Financial Services in Limerick to discuss.
