Why is it so hard to do the things we don't want to? Like going to the gym, eating healthy, or even doing the laundry or cleaning the bathroom? I think for many people, they're waiting for this magic emotion that is going to make them motivated to get those things done. In fact, I believe people have this misconception that successful people don't ever have this problem of not wanting to do the small little things. No- I think successful people just understand that they can feel dread and do it anyways. Today I want to share a concept that we've discussed several times called dread sprints that we can practice doing in order to do those things we don't necessarily want to do.
