When you are feeling anxious, sad, bored....do you find yourself grabbing for a chip bag, or chocolate? A lot of us use things outside of us (social media, food, netflix) as a way to solve for our emotions we are feeling. But as you know, that doesn't solve it. We tend to feel guilt and shame after we eat or binge on netflix for a period of time. So why do we continue to do it?
