One brought defenseman Sean Walker in from the Philadelphia Flyers while sending a first round pick and Ryan Johansen to Philly. That deal immediately had people thinking something else was brewing, and we didn't have to wait too long to realize it was. Bowen Byram was sent to the Buffalo Sabres for Casey Mittelstadt.
