Add "fewest games for a defenseman to get 200 points" to Cale Makar's list of accomplishments in his early career. Makar reached the milestone in his 195th game on a power play slapshot against the Dallas Stars Monday night and the Avs needed the shootout to get the extra point against the division leaders. It was a playoff atmosphere in Dallas in a game that had it all. Good offensive opportunities, fantastic goaltending, and a fight between Josh Manson and Jamie Benn that ended with Benn flat on his back after a knuckle sandwich to the face.
