On today's episode of Locked on NHL, Seth Toupal and JD Young look at which teams and players are the biggest winners and losers in the Western Conference after free agency. We start with Connor Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks, who have added several key pieces in Tyler Bertuzzi and Teuvo Teravainen, as well as the return of Taylor Hall to form a legitimate top-six around the Bedard in his sophomore season. Then we discuss the Vegas Golden Knights and the issues they have at left wing after losing a lot of talent in free agency this offseason and if the credit card bill has come due, plus Ryan Suter gets bought out... again.
