A Strange Game in Philly After Blowing a Three-Goal Lead, Tkachuk Led The Panthers in Comeback Win

On today's edition of the Locked On FLORIDA Panthers Podcast, Armando Velez(@Mandoman12) brought in Nich Fairbanks(@Prudentia0) for another edition of Fairbanks Friday. The two break down the Panthers' 7-5 win over the Philadelphia Flyers, where the Panthers were up by as many as three goals, but the Flyers found a way to come back and even take the lead to get up by a goal a third of the way through the third period. Florida scored three times in just over a five-minute span in the latter part of the final frame to come up with the two regulation points, but it was a contest for the Panthers that the guys in the locker room should not be happy about with the amount of poor breakouts leading to the Flyers getting a good amount of rush chances on Spencer Knight. Matthew Tkachuk led the way with five points (1,4) on the evening and the team got four power play goals against the leagues third best penalty kill, but it's not a part of their game that Paul Maurice is comfortable winning games with.
