Genesis 22 God tested Abraham, he said to him, 'Abraham' 'Here I am" he replied.. 'Take your only son, whom you love - Isaac - and go to the region of Moriah. Sacrifice him there as a burnt offering'......" and Hebrews 11:17-19 "By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice...." In life we get minor tests and then a whopper comes along but ultimately these tests can draw us closer to God, but how do we worship a God who tests us?
