#241 Dr Michael Breus is a Clinical Psychologist and both a Diplomat of the American Board of Sleep Medicine and a Fellow of The American Academy of Sleep Medicine. He was one of the youngest people to have passed the Board at age 31 and, with a specialty in Clinical Sleep Disorders and is one of only 160 psychologists in the world with his credentials and distinction. In addition to his private practice, he not only treats athletes and celebrities, Dr. Breus also trains other sleep doctors and consults with major airlines, hotel chains, mattress manufacturers and retailers to provide the optimum sleep experience for their customers. For over 14 years, Dr. Breus has served as the Sleep Expert for WebMD which includes a monthly column called “Sleep Matters”. Dr. Breus also writes The Insomnia Blog and is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post, Psychology Today, MedPedia, Organized Wisdom, and Furniture Today. With more than a dozen appearances on The Dr. Oz Show, Dr. Breus has been dubbed a “Sleep Expert” and holds a seat on his Clinical Advisory Board.
