Just Say Drupal‽

Drupal's identity is very nuanced, from its rich history to its future potential. We discuss why at least one member of the community says just saying "Drupal" is important when discussing current versions of Drupal and the community that drives it. Is specifically calling out "Drupal 10.2" or or "Drupal 11" useful, or just confusing to outsiders?
