Jo Lee is a married mum of two girls aged 20 & 18. Jo is a life coach (Valour Coaching) and felt artist. Jo has survived stage 4 cancer and tells us what helped her during this time including her mindset, herbalist and she discusses how important it is to be vulnerable and receive help from others.
