Juanita and her family relocated from the states to London for her husband's job, and then on to Taiwan, where they have been living during COVID. Her story is remarkable as her area was one of the first to shut down due to COVID and has now re-opened back up. Additionally, she and her family and African American so they have also navigated the BLM movement in a foreign country.
