Jennifer is an industrial organizational psychologist with an interest in training, leadership development, and what makes it effective. After graduate school, she joined an organization called the Center for Creative Leadership as a junior researcher. She spent most of her career there on staff, creating evaluation processes and helping clients evaluate the programs her company ran for them, which led to designing and delivering effective leadership development.Jennifer ultimately became a member of the Center for Creative Leadershp’s executive leadership team. In 2020, she left the organization she loved and created her own organization called Leap and Inspire Global.
