Marathon & Ultra Running Podcast - With Suman Silwal - A podcast by MarathonRuns - MRuns

#MRuns 42: In this episode, I talked with Cary Morgan. Cary has many stories to tell about running, including setting big running resolution goals and achieving it. Cary was not always a runner. In 1994, he took on running, but he did not stay with it. Since he took on running again in 2004, he has not looked back. Now, he is a running coach, marathon pacer, a big part of running community here in Birmingham area, and more. In 2016, Cary had goal of running 4000 miles and by the end of 2016, he was able to achieve it. As runners, we always have weekly/monthly/yearly and life time goals. Sometime, it is hard to stay with all those goals. We hope that this episode will help you find ways to achieve your yearly running goals as well as staying active goals. In this episode, we talked about: how to set running resolution goals how to train year around pacing/coaching more NOTE: Direct download still does not work. Enjoy!
