MR91: In this week's episode, I talked with Michelle Belcher. Michelle is a lifetime runner and physically active person who became a marathon/ultra runner – 10 years ago. About 5 years ago, she took yoga challenge from a request of her friend and yoga instructor. At first, she was not sure about if yoga is a runner or not. After practicing yoga for 5 years, she has proved that it is for runners as well. Through yoga and meditation, she has become a stronger, leaner, and faster road/trail runner.
