This time we’re back with a very special guest Dan Roche.  With over a decade of experience in performance marketing including roles at WeBuyAnyCar and On The Beach, it was great to get Dan’s take on what it’s like managing PPC in-house compared to being agency side. Within the episode we talk about the day to day side of working in house, Dan’s experience’s of being pitched to by agencies (good and bad) and some of the lessons he’s taken through to his own performance marketing agency.  If you work in-house on PPC there’s a ton of great advice, but also some really useful insight for anyone working within an agency from the other side of the coin.
