How do they do it all? Nick and Elaine prefer to think of it as work/life integration instead of balance. They make it a priority to communicate and make sure they are aligned. This is one of many systems they use to achieve their success and happiness. They also make sure to have faith in one another and give each other the benefit of the doubt when they may disagree with how the other executed a task/decision. This doesn’t mean to ignore what you disagree on. In fact, they recommend keeping a list of areas you disagree on so that you can have a weekly meeting with your partner to discuss these decisions/areas. They also run their home like a business and outsource as much as possible so that at the end of the day they still have that time together and with their children.
