Pesachim 85a - Can one be both religious and wicked?

People are selective about which parts of the Torah they pay attention to. Some are meticulous in the ritualistic laws and negligent in the human laws. Others are the opposite. Both undermine the integrity of the systemic nature of the entire Torah as an integrated whole.
