Any time you can remove some clutter from your life, it’s beneficial. In addition, go through your subscriptions, if you have an iPhone, and get rid of those subscriptions on your phone or apps that you don't use. Elaine’s Tip: Build some time into your calendar. You can't schedule every minute of every day. You’ve got to leave time for things that you don't expect.
