From a B.S. in Biology to an MBA in Business Administration, Ryan Staples shares with Ben the evolution in his academic career and his motivation to influence others in the business realm. Enhancing his grit and determination, Ryan works as a buyer for Ford Motor Company and runs his own non-profit organization, Her Mighty Hands.  Ryan and Ben sit down to speak about the importance of working with a team.
