Prior to his MBA, Chad worked in the Financial Services sector and also spent a year leading a team of Christian missionaries through more than 10 different countries. After graduating from Mays, Chad jumped quickly into Executive Leadership roles within the Nonprofit sector enjoying leading teams through strategic planning, corporate debt financing, budgeting & reporting, improvement technology implementation, and financial planning. Chad is frequently recognized as a "family man" and loves spending time with his amazing wife, three thriving kiddos, and one old dog. Chad is an active member of his Church.
