Let your hand touch your heart, As you say a little prayer.  PAUSE… May all of these feelings, Flow through me today, As I honor each of them,  But don’t let them stay.  LONG PAUSE… You inhale real deep, Collecting all the feels. You breathe out completely, Letting go heals. PAUSE… Slowly they descend, Into the river’s gentle waves. They float on downstream, While you peacefully gaze.  PAUSE… Let them flow, Let them be, Let all the feels float peacefully.
