PAUSE… Settle into a comfortable, easy rhythm of breathing. And just let yourself be here. Feeling the cycles of your breathing. Breathing in and moving, Breathing out and resting. PAUSE… Breathe in, Breathe out. PAUSE… Let yourself relax further with every breath out. Exhale and rest.  PAUSE… Breathe in, Breathe out. PAUSE… Inhale, Exhale and rest. LONG PAUSE… Rest deeply now, And honor these moments to replenish. Trusting the inhale will come again, And surrendering yourself to rest.
