Feeling the air travel deep into your body. And letting the air release fully with every exhale.  PAUSE… Keep inviting in deep breathes,  Imagining the air cleansing you, And clearing the space inside.  Breathe… LONG PAUSE… Relax your body, And let your breath find a slow, steady rhythm, As you let yourself drift into stillness.  PAUSE… Each of those thoughts, Each of those plans, Each of those worries, Are tiny grains of sand, Slowly crumbling down,  And drifting away on the back of the gentle wind.  PAUSE… Let them fall, Let them float away. Let them all go, As you remain here,  Relaxed, Calm, And clear. PAUSE… Let go of the fears. Let go of the pain.  Let go of the future. Let go of the past.  PAUSE… Let go and be here. Safe. Present.
