Let it fill you up all the way, And then release it,  Exhaling it all the way out. Feeling yourself drop a little deeper into comfort.  PAUSE… Take another deep inhale,  Pulling the air all the way down to your toes, Hold it here for a moment, And then breathe it out, All the way out, Releasing anything heavy, Anything stressful, Anything at all.  PAUSE… And then deeper into your body. Deeper into your breathe, Deeper into rest.  LONG PAUSE… Let yourself be here, Opening up, And letting go, As you breathe in, And breathe out. PAUSE… Rest here, And let yourself restore.
