Today we are going to work on accepting our emotions. All of our emotions. Happy ones, emotions of joy, as well as negative emotions. Negative emotions are normal human emotions, and we need to accept them, be mindful of them, and embrace them as part of who we are. Negative emotions can empower us and make us stronger, if we learn to observe them and accept them.
