Professor Ted Baker is the Chief Inspector of Hospitals at the Care Quality Commission (CQC). Prior to this Ted held a series of senior leadership roles and had a successful career as a clinical academic where he pioneered the use of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)  for the heart.
