#087 - As 2021 Comes to a Close. Reflection Ritual + Invitation

This week marks a season change, the time when those of us in the Northern Hemisphere welcome the Winter Solstice - the dark point of the year.  Here in Wisconsin it also happens to be pretty chilly ;-) It is a time of year when I love to cozy up, by candlelight, with a cup of tea and a journal to do a bit of reflection.  But, regardless of where you live (Northern or Southern Hemisphere), we are all nearing the close of the year. This is a great time for reflection. It's a time to look back at the year with eyes of love and clarity. It is a time to consider the year's highlights and lowlights.  Through reflection, we glean deeper insight and understanding. We illuminate the ways we have grown. We recognize challenges. We open our hearts. We honor all facets of our journey . . . the good, the bad, the beautiful, and the ugly.     Reflection is a powerful ally.
