We first met Jessica Haessly in her backyard several months ago, on our other podcast The Jar. With her background we knew she would have to also be a guest on Mental Health Today. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Jessica has dedicated her career to helping individuals find balance, peace, and fulfillment in their lives through the practice of yoga and mindfulness.
