Mr. Poluterer shares with us his experiences and lessons he has gained in his classroom as an ESL teacher. Watching his students accomplish their dreams and helping them transition into new chapters, has been Mr. Poulterer's most rewarding experience. Mr. Poluterer has helped many immigrant students find a new culture to embrace without loosing their own.
