With a career that began working across numerous industries grappling with the challenges of digital transformation, Ann first entered the world of scholarly publishing just as the industry was beginning to transition away from its historical print roots and towards its online future. After launching DeltaThink and building into one of the leading consulting firms focused on helping scholarly publishers adapt to the unprecedented changes the industry has had to face over the past 20 years, Ann made the leap to working as an agent of change from within at both the Public Library of Science as well as at AIP Publishing.
