This was before my first keynote speech, and I was extremely stressed out. My mind bully was at work, telling me all sorts of things… The speech went well and someone cried (I thought that was cool). A month later, I spoke again, this time in front of a larger crowd. That one went better IMO (no one cried but I took hella pics after duh) Long story short, your mind bully is the only thing holding you back.
