001 Meet Holly Lammer and Jayme Crockett

Meet Holly and Jayme, we are what you call “birth nerds” In this episode we talk about how we got into birth work and what we want to accomplish with hosting a Mindfulness Birth podcast. Holly is a mother of 2, labor and delivery nurse, yoga instructor and creator of Embryoga and Intuitive Birthing Classes. Jayme is the mother of 8, birth photographer and a student midwife.
