While gratitude may appear to be a simple, and therefore unimportant, aspect of well-being, studies continue to show the positive and lasting benefits. With a regular practice of acknowledging that which we are thankful for, not only does our mental and emotional well-being flourish, but our physical health is greatly impacted as well. As with most things, a regular practice will certainly have the largest and most lasting impact.
