In today’s episode, you’re getting another inside look into what coaching with me is like as I coach one of my clients, Caitlin, on how to approach the problem of staying up too late as it relates to her Enneagram number, as well as why it is important for her as an entrepreneur to not just pursue what she wants to have, but also to focus on becoming who she most wants to BE. A few questions I asked toward the end of our session to help push her in the right direction included: “Who IS my best self, and what is she like?” “How does she set boundaries?” “What time does she go to bed?” “How does she FEEL in the morning?” Asking insightful questions like these can be a powerful practice for ALL moms, but especially if you are an entrepreneur who wants to make impact in this world while still showing up for your family well. Whether you are a stay-at-home mom, working mom, or work-from-home mom, the way you manage your time, prioritize tasks, and approach your personal self-care truly can make the difference between you approaching burnout and you experiencing even more success and joy. I hope that as you listen to this episode, you are not only encouraged and given tangible steps for your own life, but that you are also given a taste of just how powerful coaching can be for YOU.
