Earning less than your partner

Today I am with Benjamin, who earns less than his wife. Like 25% of couples, he is not the primary breadwinner and he feels great about it. He was working in investment banking but decided to move to Moodys to spend more time with his girls, to be the king of his agenda and so that his wife could take a big opportunity.
