The education system really needs a major change. The schools teach us how to start running for that rat race and get into the box of responsibilities. The schools teach us to judge a person with his grades and that failure is bad. So a child is neglected from its group of friends on scoring low grades. The schools don't teach us humanity and they won't support you on having a different perspective of life. The schools don't teach us what you Mr.Shetty is telling us in this video whereas children first really need their personal development over education and most of all, the reason behind so many students getting disinterested in studies is because of the way of teaching. I never liked doing my lessons because they were taught in a robotic way and whenever I felt difficulty in learning them, I used to make songs out of those chapters.
