What are the lines of defense you've established in your business? What are the lines of defense against scarcity thinking? What about your lines of defense against being disconnected?There are two approaches in your business, offense and defense. Just like in a football, basketball or hockey game, you need to be strong in both to win. If you're just strong on offense, you might score lots of points, but if you're weak on defense, you'll also allow the other team to score lots of points and win the game. If you're only strong on defense, you might keep them from scoring, but it's possible you don't score enough to win the game. It's true that your business is not exactly like sports - you're not playing against another team - but it is like sports in a lot of ways. What are your lines of defense?
