Crossmark's Fernandez: We won't see 'normal' for another 12-18 months

Victoria Fernandez, chief market strategist at Crossmark Global Investments, says the recovery has created a solid foundation for the market to do well, despite increased choppiness that may be fueled in part by the shifting numbers and the strained year-over-year comparisons.
