Singapore shares soared at the opening bell today, rising 1 per cent, after non-oil domestic exports far exceeded economists’ estimates to climb 15.7 per cent in July. The STI extended those gains, ending the day up 1.12%.  The rest of Asia also saw a rally - with almost all major stock benchmarks gaining. So are Asian stocks heading for their best week in a year?
