Every meeting not held is a good meeting

Whether it's the new or conventional way of working: Meetings are often the cause of little efficiency and a lot of bad moods. Too much, too long, no preparation and even less discipline - the list of reasons for an insufficient meeting culture can be continued endlessly. Nowadays, especially hybrid meetings challenge us to bring together participants equally from the office and from the home office.
