Morning Bru with Jaffe & Razor - A podcast by NESN

March 15th, 2021:  The Boston Bruins lost the first game of a four-game road trip 4-1 to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Monday night at PPG Paints Arena.  It was more of the same problems for the Bruins as they were unable to generate any 5 on 5 offense despite outshooting Pittsburgh 43-25.  The B’s lone goal came from Matt Grzelcyk in the first period on the powerplay.  Penguins' stalwarts centermen,  Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin led the Penguins’ offense with a combined 2 goals, 3 assists, and 5 points in their win over the Black n' Gold.      Learn more about your ad choices.
