PAUSE… So settle into this space you have chosen. Take a nice deep, natural, slow  breath, And really get a sense of where the energy is inside your body. PAUSE…  What are you feeling, sensing, thinking? LONG PAUSE… Take another slow, deep breath in with your  nose, Breathe through your belly, into your chest, Fully expanding both as you breathe in and out with your nose only. Try this a few times… Going at your own pace, And always listening and being aware of  your body. PAUSE… Where does your breath take you? LONG PAUSE…  Are you in a calm, peaceful & happy place?  A place where truth and answers reveal themselves?  Or are you in a place where love lives and breathes. Tap into wherever your breath has taken you. LONG PAUSE … Keep breathing slow, natural, deep breaths, Focusing on where you’re headed, Remembering where you came from, Always staying connected to who you are along the way.
