As we go through the day, We are bombarded  With symbols… Stop signs, Money symbols, Traffic lights, Emojis, And more… PAUSE Take a moment, And allow some symbols To come to mind, And let them  Just flow  Through your Mind’s eye. What symbols are appearing? PAUSE Let the symbols drift  Past you, Like a river, Gently moving With the current. Do any symbols Stand out? Do any hold special meaning? Just observe. PAUSE Now, take a deep breath, And let the symbol parade Slowly fade. PAUSE And, as you’re breathing, Allow a symbol To just come to mind– A symbol you can use To help yourself relax. Take your time. PAUSE Now, gaze at your symbol. Rotate it. Move it around, So you notice  All its dimensions. PAUSE And, when you feel  Like you know your symbol, Imagine placing it in A golden treasure chest, In your heart.
