You are made of stardust and the energy of the cosmos flows through you with every breath. Your existence is a beautiful and unique expression of the universe. PAUSE… We are all connected, In ways that are both seen and unseen. So feel the energy of the universe flowing through you. As you settle into stillness and quiet, To listen to the whispers PAUSE Close your eyes and take a deep breath in, Filling your lungs all the way up. Hold it for a moment, And then exhale slowly, Releasing all the air from you. PAUSE… Allow your breath to settle into a natural rhythm, And bring your attention to the sensations in your body. PAUSE… Feel the weight of your body resting on the support beneath you. Allow yourself to sink into the support of the ground, Feeling held and grounded. PAUSE… Now, imagine that you are beginning to lift off the ground, Rising higher and higher into the sky. You soar up through the atmosphere, Leaving the earth behind you. PAUSE… You pass through the layers of the atmosphere, Feeling the air grow thinner and cooler as you ascend. PAUSE… As you rise up into the cosmos, Notice the vastness of the universe all around you. You are surrounded by stars and galaxies, Stretching out in all directions. LONG PAUSE… Feel the vibrations. The energy of the universe flowing through you, Pulsing in time with your breath. Notice the subtle vibrations of the stars and galaxies, And allow yourself to merge with this cosmic energy. PAUSE… Feel yourself expanding, Growing more and more connected to these vibrations. PAUSE… Take a few more deep breaths, Feeling the vibrations flowing through you. LONG PAUSE… And when you're ready, Begin to slowly descend back down to earth, Feeling the support of the ground beneath you once again. PAUSE… Take a moment to simply be with your breath and your body, Feeling the energy of the cosmos still humming within you.
